On the afternoon of March 13th, members of the Youdao Party Committee and party representatives visited Wang Hao, a teacher at Beijing Union Medical College Hospital who is hospitalized with acute leukemia, to express their condolences.
Teacher Wang Hao is the head of the administrative department of the Youdao Group and a member of the Communist Party of China. She has worked diligently for 8 years, is humble and lively, and gets along very well with leaders and colleagues. However, in January of this year, at the age of only 35, she was diagnosed with acute leukemia at Beijing Union Medical College Hospital. The heavy burden of medical expenses after the diagnosis instantly overwhelmed her family, who were already not well off. However, instead of seeking help from the company and organization, Wang Hao's family initiated a crowdfunding campaign online. A teacher at the company happened to see the fundraising campaign online and, upon realizing that it was their colleague, not only made a donation and shared it on their social media, but also prompted their friends to do the same. Within just 10 days, they raised 400,000 yuan, and the company's employee mutual aid fund also urgently provided 100,000 yuan in relief. Members of the Youdao Party Committee expressed their caring and actively made donations.
On March 13th, the Youdao Party Committee and party representatives visited Wang Hao at Union Medical College Hospital, bringing the blessings of all party members of Youdao. Everyone encouraged her to build confidence, strengthen her body, and resolutely fight against the disease. Teacher Ma Jiangwei of the company's Party Committee even said, "We look forward to having you back to participate in our 10,000-meter run!" Even though Wang Hao's arms were covered with various intravenous tubes, her attitude was particularly positive. She expressed her gratitude for the care of the Youdao Party Committee and all party members and vowed to actively cooperate with the treatment, striving to return to work as soon as possible.
