From March 30th to 31st, the "Future Source" Principal and Headmaster Training Course hosted by the Tomorrow Education Group was held in Haikou, Hainan Province.

The theme of the event was "Let us be the force of change", focusing on topics such as "Future National Policies - Future Technology - Future Source", inviting education informatization experts and some school representatives to discuss and share the basic theory and latest achievements of education informatization.

Later, Professor Shen Fuke from East China Normal University, PhD supervisor and director of the Informationization Office, gave a lecture with the theme "Tradition and Subversion: Interpretation and Practice of Education Informatization 2.0," and conducted an in-depth analysis of the implementation of education informatization from the aspects of policy interpretation, challenges, and responses. Jin Yongjun, the principal of Xincai Experimental School, and a representative of the school's teachers, Meixueyan, shared their experience of practical implementation of education informatization at the school during the event.

In the afternoon of the 30th, a leadership sand table exercise was conducted to systematically improve the management capabilities of the principals and headmasters.

On the 31st, Yu Weitao, deputy director of the National Academy of Education Administration's Distance Training Center and deputy director of the National Training Center for School (Garden) Heads, gave a keynote speech on the theme "Being a teacher of the new era and educating students with dreams". Peng Shouye, an artificial intelligence scientist at Tomorrow, showcased the latest educational technology exploration at Tomorrow. Zhang Futao, executive vice principal of Chunghsing Middle School in Changle, Shandong Province, shared the growth of teachers and students after the deep integration of smart education at Chunghsing Middle School.
Participants were also invited to the Words Of Love Limited office in Haikou to discuss public welfare assistance and explore the path of educational informatization leading experimental schools to overtake on the bend.

The experimental school is a nine-year continuous public boarding school jointly funded by the local government and Words Of Love Limited. From 2007 to the present, 217 experimental schools have been built in national poverty-stricken counties and contiguous special poor areas in 18 provinces and regions nationwide. From 2017 to the present, 17 experimental schools have joined the smart classroom project.
