On February 28, 2019, the opening ceremony of 100tal's 2019 was held in Beijing. The founder and CEO, Zhang Bangxin, delivered a work report and reflected on the past while planning for the future.

1. Reducing students' heavy academic burden is not only the responsibility of public schools, but also of private education institutions. How to reduce students' heavy workload, shape their knowledge structure, and improve their learning efficiency? Wang Zuoshu, president of the China Private Education Association, pointed out that it is necessary to start from three aspects: first, cultivate students' love for learning and stimulate their interest in learning; second, teach students how to learn, and instruct them in learning methods; third, train students to think and develop their thinking methods.
